Product introduction:
This product is used for dyeing polyamide, wool and its blended fabrics or yarns with weak acidic dyes and neutral dyes. It can effectively adjust the pH value of dyeing bath and obtain uniform dyeing effect. With the increase of temperature, the product slowly hydrolyzes and releases H+, and the pH value of the dyeing bath drops slowly to ensure the evenness. At the same time, the released H+ can combine with the acyl amino group and amino group in the nylon macromolecule to form -NH2+- and -NH3+, and then combine with the dye by ionic bond, thus increasing the adsorption capacity of the dye. Moreover, the pH value of the final dye solution can be controlled in a lower range to ensure a higher dyeing rate.

The amount of this product is closely related to water quality, dye used and technological conditions. Before use must first through the sample test, excessive amount will cause color flower. Acid-releasing agent will hydrolyze slowly in water, so it should not be prepared into aqueous solution in advance, and should be ready to use.

50Kg or 125Kg plastic packaging drums can also be packaged according to customer requirements.
Product storage:
This product should be kept away from direct sunlight and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse with a shelf life of one year.
