The main component of this product is polyphenol resin, which is suitable for color fixing in one bath with acidic dyes for nylon. It can improve the wet fastness such as washing fastness when dyeing polyamide fibers with metal complexing dyes, and has little influence on color light and sun fastness.

Weigh a certain amount of water first, and then slowly add acid fixing powder (O powder) while stirring, fully dispersed evenly;
Use of this product:
This product should be carried out sample test in advance to determine the appropriate dosage. The pH value of the working liquid has a great influence on the color fixing effect. Please measure and calibrate the pH value of the dyeing bath to 4.0 before the color fixing. Do not use cationic substances in the same bath.
Dosage: Light medium color: 1~2 %(o.w.f.) Dark color: 2~3 %(o.w.f.)
Add the dilute solution of this product into the color fixing bath, adjust the pH to 3-5 with glacial acetic acid, treat at 75±5℃ for 30min, wash and dry.
